Address cannot be changed once registered. Please call our Call Center if the address is wrong and we shall assist employer to change. Company address is where the company addressed has been registed in SSM and shipping address is the address wherer the employers which the test kits to be delived. During the booking process, employers are required to re-enter shipping address for confirmation.

The personnel taking the samples of nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs must be a registered medical practitioner who has attended training and has a certificate of attendance for Sample Taking and Handling Training for COVID-19 for General Practitioners and Paramedics from Private Health Facilities issued by the Family Health Development Division, MOH or State/Federal Health Department. Sampling can only be done by the SOCSO Panel Private Healthcare Facilities and Services registered or licensed under Act 586 at the premises or elsewhere that has been approved for the facilities by the Medical Practice Division Ministry of Health Malaysia
There are two kinds of tests available for COVID-19: viral tests and antibody tests. RT-PCR test and antigen test are both viral test which detects the presence of SAR-CoV-2 from upper respiratory samples. The RT-PCR test targets the genomic information of the virus (RNA); however, the COVID-19 antigen test kit detects pieces of proteins that make up the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The WHO recommends both RT-PCR tests and antigen tests for the diagnosis of active coronavirus infection. Please visit the MOH page for more information about Coronavirus Testing Basics.
The COVID-19 antigen test kit is provided for use by clinical laboratories, to healthcare workers for point-of-care testing. This test kit cannot be used as home-test by lay person.
Our coronavirus testing kits can be kept at room temperature (2-30°C), for up to 18 months from the date of production (please see the kit packaging). They do not need to be refrigerated, and should not be frozen. Avoid storage areas which may be exposed to direct sunlight or heat.

Both COVID-19 test results are available within 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the specific product you are using. Please check the product datasheet for details, which can be found in your kit received or contact us if you have any further questions.
